Delivery Guarantee

We stand behind our deliveries.

If 60 days have passed and there have been no tracking updates, please contact us with your order number.
We will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

Returns

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us first to start a return request
  • Items must be returned in unused, original condition
  • Returns must be requested within a reasonable time after delivery

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If you received a wrong item or defective product, return shipping will be covered by us

Important:
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions.


Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders are shipped to the exact address provided
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it (shipping fees may apply).


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly (within 24 hours).

  • You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order
  • After this period, changes or cancellations may not be possible

Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear (depending on your bank or card provider)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing delays may occur)
  3. Contact your bank

If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

If you need an exchange, please contact us to arrange it.


Shipping (Returns)

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless item is defective/wrong)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted
