Processing Time

All orders are made-to-order.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • This includes production, quality check, and packaging
  • Once your order is ready, you will receive a tracking number

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Available for most countries worldwide

Expedited Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days
  • Pricing varies depending on your location (shown at checkout)

Free Expedited Shipping

  • Available on orders over $250 USD

Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are provided after processing (5–10 business days)
  • Once received, you can track your order at any time

Note:
It is completely normal for tracking to show:

  • “Pre-Transit”
  • No updates for several days

This occurs during processing, international transit, or customs clearance. Your order is still on the way.

Delivery Guarantee

Yes — we stand behind our deliveries.

If 60 days have passed and there have been no tracking updates, please contact us with your order number.
We will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

Entering Your Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct at checkout.

  • Orders are shipped to the exact address provided
  • If the address is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot guarantee delivery
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately after being placed.

  • We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is submitted
  • Please ensure all details are correct before checkout
